Elvis Presley Song:

There Goes My Everything (1971)

(Music and words by Dallas Frazier)

A song about one's feelings when one's love walks away and shuts the door and it's the "goodbye for evermore". Elvis recorded "There goes My Everything" in June 1970. It was released in December 1970 on the flip side of the single I really Don't Want To Know. The song peaked at #21 on the pop chart. You can buy it on the CD The Other Sides: Worldwide Gold Award Hits, Vol. 2 . "There goes my reason for living. There goes the one of my dreams. There goes my only possession. There goes my everything."

On Jan 8th 1987 my family and I were traveling to West Virginia because my grandfather was dying. When we reached West Virginia There Goes My Everything came on the radio. My grandfather was everything to me. I miss him so much. This song released by Elvis will stick in my heart forever.

24K Gold Music Shows
50s/60s/Elvis/oldies showband in Florida

Burning Love by 24K Gold Music Shows       More videos

24K Gold Music Shows is a large oldies musical revue (126 people) performing primarily in Florida. The shows are filled with lots of choreography, energy, and great fun with oldies, country, and Elvis songs.

The last 1/3 of each evening show is an Elvis Tribute, featuring his music based on arrangements from his 1970s concerts. And every show is different.

24K Gold Music Shows understands there was only one Elvis Presley, so NO ONE in in the band will ever attempt to "impersonate" Elvis or pretend to be him, nor even be as good as Elvis! The show they are doing is a sincere tribute to the King, with NO attempt to mock him.

So in 24K Gold Music Shows Elvis tribute show you will be reminded of Elvis through his songs, sung with similar arrangements to those he used in concert, and see some similar costumes to those he wore, just for nostalgia's sake.
