Puppet on a String is one of the best. If you hear the music it seems I forgot my problem in life, even for a short period when I hear the sound. My husband and I started dating in 1965, and Elvis was THE best. We went to see every movie that came out by Elvis and loved them all. "Puppet on a String" was OUR song. We are going to be celebrating our 39th anniversary this month. We still watch all the old Elvis movies, and there will never be another "Elvis". Diane

Best Elvis song ever. There's no verb on E's voice he's right on top of the mic and gives his best performance. Big Love Big Heartache (Roustabout) and Puppet On A String are Evis' all time best. Too bad that they don't get the credit they deserve. Michael
