No one and I mean no one could match him singing any song. I'll remember you is just one of them.

I have always liked this song from his Aloha From Hawaii special. Every day I play it on my lap top media player. I also own the Aloha From Hawaii special on both video and dvd. I think of how we all remember Elvis when we hear that song.

This song is so dear to me. Elvis always gives his ALL!!! But to me knowing he was/is such a giving man he wants me to share my feelings in ways some cannot express verbally. In music he has touched so many hearts, always will, and I cry every time I hear this because of the special person in my heart who I miss so much it's a heartfelt pain that never goes away. Love Elvis he did'nt quite know how much he gave!!!!

Has anyone heard both Elvis versions of "I'll Remember You"?
One version is the one sung on his Hawaii special and the other was sung with a spanish beat and both are very good, can't decide which is best.

That is the best song that Elvis has ever made. I'm listening to it right now. I think Elvis is awsome. Me and my friend are actually doing a report on him for our 6th hour class.

I had never heard the song that Elvis sang at the closing time of Aloha from Hawaii. This was a Netflick choice of mine in 2007. How did I miss this charismatic man until now? (We were born in the same year.) He is fantastic and very handsome. A beautiful song and he did it so well.

Yes, it is a haunting beautiful ballad, but no one but Elvis could make you feel it in your heart of hearts and deep in your soul. And I assure he was singing this for Priscilla. I loved Elvis and always will.

In my opinion, I'll remember you is one of the most beautifully haunting songs ever written and nobody sings it like Elvis. His version has depth and meaning and feeling. This song evokes a scenerio of a summer gone by and a love that's lost but not forgotten. A faraway haunting ballad.

I think that this song is wonderful. I first heard it when the Hawaii concert was shown on TV by the BBC many years ago and I never forgot this song. I love songs that affect me deeply and this is one of those songs. I only discovered that I could download Elvis singing this very song on my home computer. Yesterday I think I must have played the song about twelve times, and today about five times. A sad song, a lttle wistful but terrific.
I would love to have a picture of Elvis as a young lad taken together with Gladys his mother but I have not discovered it on my computer yet. Any suggestions and I would be very grateful.
Thank you
Ron.

Elvis was one of a kind and there will never be another ELVIS PRESLEY. When I think of him, I think of this song and remember where I was when I heard of the awful tradegy that he had just died. He touched so many lives with his music and his gospel music also. I know that he will always hold a special place in the hearts and lives of so many who loved him so much.

My mother just passed away June 11th 2007. When arriving at her house the morning after, I asked my new angel what song did she want me to hear as I pulled up to her house and this song came on the radio just as I pulled up. My dad was standing in the front yard and my wife was in the car next to me. All of us had tears in our eyes listening to it and I will forever remember her always but especially when I hear this song. This was the first time any of us had heard this song.

I'll always remember Elvis. He was one of a kind. I used to always go with my aunt to see Rick Ardisano. I haven't been able to for a while. My family and I wish him the best in life. He sounds so much like Elvis. You would not believe.

Elvis does an absolutely incredible version of this song on February 5, 1972, evening show from the Hilton Hotel, Las Vegas. The cd (bootleg) is called "It's A Matter Of Time," as the last song on the cd is from a different '72 show, where Elvis asks for requests from the audience. Elvis asks, "What was that, sir?," at that point he sings "It's a matter of time," as he begins to start the rhythm of the song immediately. The band starts to play, but off the cuff, without any prior knowledge, The King busted into that song and gave the band the key, not the other way around.....awesome stuff.

This song was a part of my life when I loved someone a very long time ago...and for different reasons we could not stay together. I always loved him and simply asked life to to give him a rememberance of me and of us. 30 years later, my love remembered us and we have reconnected. He carried his love for me always..he remembered.........
