Elvis Presley Song:

I Gotta Know (1960)

(Music and lyrics by Paul Evans and Matt Williams)

This song was a B-side to the 'Are You Lonesome Tonight' single. The lyrics talk about a man who 'gotta know' which way her love will go. he's lonesome, lovesick, losing his mind over her, and needs to know if she's going to love him. You can find 'I Gotta Know' on Elvis Golden Records Volume 3 and 50 Worldwide Gold Hits: Volume 1.

ALMAFELIX
I Gotta Know is completely special to me, because my father is Matt Williams, the person who wrote the lyrics to this song. I have known this song almost my entire life, and I still think it's pretty cool. I just decided to Google my father's name along with Elvis' and I'm amazed that he appears so many times. Wait till I tell him!
Thanks

24K Gold Music Shows
50s/60s/Elvis/oldies showband in Florida

24K Gold Music Shows is a large oldies musical revue (126 people) performing primarily in Florida. The shows are filled with lots of choreography, energy, and great fun with oldies, country, and Elvis songs.

The last 1/3 of each evening show is an Elvis Tribute, featuring his music based on arrangements from his 1970s concerts. And every show is different.

24K Gold Music Shows understands there was only one Elvis Presley, so NO ONE in in the band will ever attempt to "impersonate" Elvis or pretend to be him, nor even be as good as Elvis! The show they are doing is a sincere tribute to the King, with NO attempt to mock him.

So in 24K Gold Music Shows Elvis tribute show you will be reminded of Elvis through his songs, sung with similar arrangements to those he used in concert, and see some similar costumes to those he wore, just for nostalgia's sake.
